Statement addressed by the members of the Education Department of the National Museum of Art of Romania, the members of the National Network of Romanian Museums and by the representatives of museums and teachers that took part in the seminar "What Do We Learn Nowadays in the Museum?"

Following the initiative of the National Museum of Art of , the participants to the seminar What Do We Learn Nowadays in the Museum? organized by the National Network of Romanian Museums, the National Museum of Art of Romania and the Ministry of Culture and Religious Affairs, which took place in the period 27-28 October 2006 in Bucharest, we would like to bring to your attention the present statement in which it is requested the establishment of a strategic framework and of a long term partnership between schools and museums, which would also involve the two ministries, having as result an agreement between the two authorities.
